CJC-1295 (Without DAC)

A modified GHRH analog with extended half-life, commonly stacked with Ipamorelin for synergistic GH pulse amplification.

Half-Life

~30 minutes

Molecular Weight

CJC-1295 without DAC (also called Modified GRF 1-29) is a modified version of sermorelin with four amino acid substitutions that extend its half-life from ~10 minutes to ~30 minutes while preserving GHRH receptor affinity. It is almost exclusively used in combination with a GHRP such as Ipamorelin, as the two work synergistically — CJC-1295 amplifies the GH pulse while Ipamorelin triggers its release. This combination is considered one of the most physiologically sound GH optimization protocols in research medicine.
